Quebec City, Quebec, Canada—The UC Riverside Men's Basketball Team makes its way to Quebec City, Canada from August 1-6 as the Highlanders take part in a preseason foreign tour prior to the start of the 2017-18 season.Learn Ten Facts About Quebec City, Canada.Division I athletics programs are permitted to participate in foreign tours once every four years. They must be scheduled during the summer vacation between spring and fall terms."This trip comes at a great time for our program," allowed Cutts.
